Best Drone Training (bestdronetraining.com) is an independent site about drone training, licensing, and certification, operated as a sole proprietorship. For privacy-related inquiries, contact hello@bestdronetraining.com.

This site has no user accounts, no comment system, and no newsletter signup. The only cookies we set are Google Analytics cookies, and only after you accept them in the cookie banner.

Our hosting provider (Vercel) processes standard technical data such as IP address and browser type in its server logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views in aggregate without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which guides are read and how visitors find the site. When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies.

If you accept, Google Analytics sets the _ga and _ga_ cookies on your device. They last up to two years and let Google Analytics tell new visitors from returning ones. If you decline, Google Analytics still runs but without cookies, so nothing is stored on your device and visits are only counted in aggregate. Your choice is saved in your browser so the banner does not reappear.

Analytics data is not used for advertising, Google Signals is switched off, and we never see individual visitors. You can change your choice at any time.

Change cookie settings

The contact form is processed by Formspree, which delivers your message and email address to us so we can reply. Formspree processes that data under its own privacy policy; we use it for nothing except replying, and nothing is added to a mailing list.

Some guides embed YouTube videos using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which does not set cookies unless you play the video. Once you press play, YouTube (Google) processes data under its own privacy policy.
